Hound Hotel is located in the lively Seomyeon area, a 7-minute walk from Exit 7 of Seomyeon Subway Station (Busan Line 1 and 2). This charming boutique hotel offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi access throughout its premises.

Each suite and room comes with an internet-connected PC on a work desk, flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, electric kettle and refrigerator. Private bathroom includes a shower booth, while selected rooms also feature a bath.

Breakfast is available at Azito from 07:30 until 10:30. Azito turns into a Japanese pub and serves dinner and alcoholic beverages from 17:00 until 02:00.

There is a duty-free department store and a casino within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The locals' beloved Haeundae Beach and the surrounding Nampodong shopping area are within a 15-minute drive. Busan KTX Train Station is a 15-minute subway ride on Line 1 and Gimhae International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Needs updating for the bathrooms

Good location if less is more ….

Located in seomeyon in a vivid neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars.

The attitude of the Personalwesen very minimalistic. My room had very little toilet paper and I seems as if the room had not been cleaned for quite a while.

The room met the expectation. For leisure was Netflix available, AC was ok the location of the hotel is good, lot's of restaurants, bars etc in the environment

Breakfast was very slim - but did the job room cleaning had to be requested daily and didn't work each time

Good for the price

Big room, comfortable and clean, not noisy, good facilities, good location

It was average, I wouldn't stay here again.

The air conditioner didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable, shower didn't work properly, and it was loud in the city.

Exceptional

Big nice room, bathtub in the bathroom, smart TV with Netflix. The location is very close to transport, shops and supermarkets nearby. Small breakfast included in the price.

A bit noisy during the night. Little place to seat during breakfast.

Plenty of pillows. Nice TV with Netflix. Queen sized bed. .

No shower curtains, AC vent had a lot of dust build up. Dim hallway. Breakfast was gone and they didn't refill the pantry. Faucet wasn't fixed to the basin. Kept rotating and water was flowing out to the drain incorrectly

not recommend- there are better hotels with better value for money

location is good, spacious room, free water

We lost our room key (card) and the hotel wanted to charge us 30$ for issuing a new one!!! This is outrageous and there’s no way this is the cost of issuing a new key but a way to get more money from the guest! after talking to the manager he agreed to charge “only” 20$. I’ve never encountered this behavior, very disappointing. Another thing was that for some reason the receptionist mislead us and told us the most touristic place (Semyoun Young St) is super dangerous and has gangsters. This made us feel unsafe when walking anywhere on the street until we found out this wasn’t true at all and it’s one of the best places to go to Also, no cleaning services- we stayed for few nights and would expect someone to clean the room.

The staff is very polite, especially the woman of the front desk, she was very kind. The hotel has a good location and the subway is quite closed on foot. The bed was clean. We had 2 bottles of water, it’s kind.

Unfortunately the bathroom floor wasn’t correctly cleaned…a lot of hair everywhere. Quite disgusting. At night, there were a smell of cigarettes smoke in the bathroom and room… it’s from the air vent. When you wake up, you just want to open your window and we didn’t like it as a non-smoker couple. There were a problem with 2 lights… if you don’t remove the entrance card, you can’t turn off these 2 lights. It’s probably an electric problem.

A possible hidden gem if you get it in the right condition

It was in a convenient location and it was quite a spacious room

The room and a few of the areas like the balcony were a bit dirty as if they room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before I checked in

I liked how spacious the room was.

We had the penthouse. Everything was going well until it rained. It rained so bad the penthouse floor started flooding. We checked out a day early. However, the staff did not hesitate to give me a refund for the last day.

The Hound Hotel is clean, close to the vibes, and an affordable place to stay. I will be coming back

I loved the spacious rooms and the long windows (upon request) . The staff at this hotel are very very friendly and are always willing to help. Especially when you are a foreigner . It is also a great location for the party life, malls , and restaurants.

Overall it was a wonderful stay , my friends and I frequently stay at Hound Hotel. But in some rooms there is too much dust the need to maintain cleanliness even when there are no guests. They should also add more shower slippers in a room that is meant to accommodate 3 or more people.

Very good

The room was very spacious and the bathtub had a jacuzzi feature. It also had a lot of amenities so I didn’t have to ask for anything. The decor was nice and clean and the location was pretty much in the center of everything.

There weren’t any slippers for the room only bathroom slippers. Also the covers smelled a bit weird and one side was a little stained with what looked like makeup. The worst part for me is that I went to use one of the robes and there was a big coil/chunk of hair that fell out.

You can probably get somewhere better with that same amount.

The location was good and there are many eating places surrounding it.

1. They only provided small face towels that could hardly cover your privates. 2. The toilet door was faulty and the receptionist (also covering as the handyman) could not fix it. I ended up fixing the door on my own.
